Half a day at the Vancouver Aquarium alllows you to spend quality time observing our animals, talking to our staff and volunteers and participating in our programs.

Check the daily show schedule and show descriptions to decide on the shows and programs you’d like to see. Be sure to watch a session with one of the charismatic marine mammals, get hands-on at an interactive critter corner and catch a program in the theatre.

During your visit, you can get closer to our animals by participating in an animal encounter. Animal encounter programs offer participants the opportunity to experience what it’s like to be an animal trainer by feeding and training the animals alongside aquarium trainers.
